We just had you folks put in a new furnace for us. Chino Heating & Cooling is family owned and has been in business in Chino Valley since 1980. We offer installation, repair, system upgrades, and safety checks to ensure user safety. Our goal is to provide customers with the best possible service that we can give.
Heating and AC units are intended to be inspected for safety once a year. Many problems can arise including but not limited to carbon monoxide, gas leaks, electrical issues. Chino Heating & Cooling offers maintenance agreements where we will call and schedule a time twice a year to check heating and cooling systems, as well as discount benefits available for maintenance agreements. We offer free estimating to check on customers and meet face to face!
We believe in honesty, and 100% customer satisfaction for quality, service and safety. We are in our office from 7 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday, stop by anytime!
Last fall, in the midst of the heat wave, our eleven year old heating/cooling unit ceased to provide cool air for our home. When I called Chino Heating & Cooling to ask for service, a technician arrived to our home the very next day. His inspection revealed the need for a major repair, so we decided to replace our existing unit with a new, more efficient model.
Within a day or two, the technician came to our home to present our options to us. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The technician clearly explained how the various units worked and what their differences were. He gave us a concise and clear cost breakdown for each type of unit, including information regarding manufacture rebates, APS rebate amounts, and tax credits available. After our meeting, the office staff at Chino Heating & Cooling worked with our insurance company to provide them with information requested; our agent commented to us that Chino Heating & Cooling was very efficient and prompt. The office staff and technicians took care of all the paperwork required for our rebates; all we had to do was retrieve our checks from the mail.
On the day of our scheduled installation, technicians arrived on time, worked tirelessly, and completed the job in one day. They were truly some of the nicest people we have ever had working in our home. They did a top-notch job of installing our system. Everyone was friendly. Courteous, and professional. We felt as if we had family members in our home.
Later in the day, Mike came over to inspect the new unit personally and made sure that everything was working as expected. He made sure that we understood the company policy of 24/7 availability – Chino Heating & Cooling customers can call at any time, night or day, if they are having issues with their systems. We did have an issue about two months later, and when we called to ask for some help, Terry was out and on our roof late at night on a very cold evening! He took care of the problem and did not leave until we were all satisfied that the system was running smoothly.
Without reservation, we would recommend Chino Heating & Cooling to anyone needing repair or replacement of heating/cooling system. Their products are excellent, their customer service is superior, and the quality of their work is impeccable. From the initial sales call, through the scheduling of work, paperwork completion, installation, personal follow-up by the owner, and support after the system was up and running, our experience with this company has been a pleasure. With such honesty, integrity, and genuine concern for its customers, we are very fortunate to have Chino Heating & Cooling as a part of our community.
